Wherever PLANETii collects Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy.It is possible to use the Public Areas of the Site without providing any Personal Data. However, parents and guardians who wish to enable their children to access and use the Subscription Service will be required to enter certain registration and payment information. Our Sites registration form requests parents contact information (such as their name, address and email address) and financial information (such as credit card numbers for paying for the Subscription Service). Parent and guardians registering for their child to have access to the Subscription Service will also be asked to provide the first name and birth date for such child. Such information is used for accessing the childs starting level in PLANETiis math education services and in PLANETii award incentive system under the Subscription Service. We do not require children to provide information about themselves in order to use the Subscription Service once their parent or guardian has registered. PLANETii DOES NOT COLLECT ANY PERSONAL DATA DIRECTLY FROM ANY CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to this Site, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of PLANETii and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States and in other countries.
